We are introducing the main new features we have added to the mWork365 application over the past two months!

Copying devices

In the new version of the application, dispatchers can now easily copy an existing device, which makes management easier and minimizes repeated data entry. We believe this new feature will help dispatchers make their work more efficient.

Hiding work items for a specific customer

For better clarity in the work price lists, we added a new feature that allows you to hide selected work items for a specific customer. Technicians will now see only the relevant items for a specific customer in the work code list.

Phone number in the day plan detail

In the day plan, it is now possible to display the phone number of the customer’s contact person, so technicians don’t have to search for this information in the job detail. The administrator can easily set up this feature in the “Settings” section in the day plan detail.
