We would like to introduce the latest version of our application! With this version, you will have access to new options and features that will allow you to manage and analyze your data more efficiently and accurately.
Setting a custom site visit status
We want our application to be as adaptable to your needs as possible. We have therefore implemented a feature that allows administrators to define custom site visit statuses according to your specific requirements.
One example use case is a situation where a technician is missing material. If a technician discovers during a site visit that they need material they don’t have with them and that must be ordered in advance, they can change the site visit status to, for example, “Waiting for material to be stocked”. After the material is delivered and the work is completed, they can then change it to, for example, “OK”. This lets users describe and track the status a given site visit is in more accurately. The administrator can easily enter these statuses in the “Code lists” tab in the settings section.
The “Overview” tab
In the new version of the application, the administrator can enable the display of the “Overview” tab in the settings for selected users. This determines who has access to the dashboard and summary data about site visits/jobs, and possibly to Power BI and its tools.
Power BI - Improved data analysis
We have also added advanced reporting using the Power BI platform to the application. This feature allows users to perform complex data analysis and visualization, which improves the ability to quickly identify trends and patterns. We have incorporated the most frequently used and searched-for information about jobs, site visits, technicians, and customers into the reports.
