Material price lists

We are now bringing a comprehensive system of material price lists that will allow you to work better with prices, adapt them to specific customers, and use them more efficiently during site visits. The feature is designed to simplify price management and offer greater flexibility in both invoicing and planning. The new functionality includes:

• The option to create any number of price lists Users can now create an unlimited number of material price lists. Each price list can be managed separately and adapted as needed.
• Various ways to set the material price in a price list You can adjust prices in bulk for an entire price list, or individually for each item if they require a different adjustment. Price lists allow several ways of calculating the price; for each item you have the option to set the price by:
  • a percentage discount or markup
  • a fixed-amount discount or markup
  • entering a specific amount
• Linking a price list to a customer You can easily assign each price list to a specific customer. After assigning it, you can use the price list on a form during a site visit as needed, so that you always record the correct material prices.
• Assigning a price list to a form during a site visit by the dispatcher The dispatcher now has the option to select a specific price list directly when adding a form during a site visit. On the form, it is thus possible to use the base material prices, or the price list prices from the selected price list.
