in the autumn, too, we are working on several improvements that will simplify working with the application and at the same time bring new possibilities for communicating with customers and working in the field. We believe you will be pleased with these new features:

Expanded work with requests

• New look of the form for customers
  The form is now more modern, clearer, and easier to fill in. Customers can thus submit their request easily and quickly without unnecessary confusion.
• The option to create a job from a request
  A big new feature you have long been waiting for! A request can easily be converted into a new job or assigned to an existing job or customer. If needed, the link can be changed at any time and assigned to a different record.
• Confirmation of request receipt
  After submitting the form, the customer receives an email confirmation that their request was successfully recorded. (If you wish to change the text of the notification, contact our customer support)
• Requests in the customer portal
  Requests are now also displayed in the customer portal. Customers thus have a better overview and you have more options for making processes clearer. If you would like to know more about the mWork365 customer portal, contact us!

New look of the site visit screen in the mobile app

As you may have noticed, the mobile app is gradually getting a new design, and the next step is the redesigned site visit screen:

• You have all the information you need clearly in one place
• Faster orientation thanks to the revised layout
• A more modern and user-friendly environment

We will be adding the new features to the application over the course of the month. You will find more details in the short video
