Dear customers, we are pleased to introduce the new features and improvements that were added to our system over the past month. We believe these changes will simplify your work and bring greater efficiency. Below you will find an overview of the main new features
Address name
You can now assign a name to each address (e.g., headquarters, branch). You can enter this name when creating a new address or edit an existing address (Open the customer detail → addresses section → click the three-dots icon in the address row → select “Edit”). You can enter any name, which will then be visible in all relevant overviews.
Job name
Just like with addresses, you can now assign a name to jobs as well. The name can be entered when creating a new job in the “details” section, or you can edit an existing job (Open the job detail → click the three-dots icon → select “Change”). The entered name will be reflected in the job header, the overview tables, and the day plan.
Reverting a site visit status
To make working with site visits easier, we added the “Revert status” feature. A user with the Dispatcher role can revert a site visit that was started by mistake if it is in the “On the way” or “In progress” status. Just click the “Revert status” button, which is now added in the site visit detail (under the three-dots icon).
Note - a site visit status can only be reverted if the site visit is in the “On the way” or “In progress” status.
Deleting a site visit
You can now delete a site visit that is in the “Cancelled” status. Just open the site visit detail, click the three-dots icon, and select the “Delete” option. The system will then warn you about the risks associated with deleting the site visit. After confirmation, the site visit will disappear from all overviews. However, you will always find information about the deletion of the site visit in the event overview of the given job.
Changing the customer type
At the same time, we added a long-awaited feature that allows you to change the customer type. If you need to change a customer from a “company” to a “household” or vice versa, open the customer detail, click the three-dots icon in the top right corner, and select the “Edit” option, then just change the type as needed and save.
New look of the daily plan in the mobile app
We are also continuing to add to and adjust the look of the mobile app. This month’s new feature is the redesigned look of the “Day plan”. Technicians will now find all the information they need for their work more clearly. The main technician is now marked with a star next to their name.
Change to entering the scheduled maintenance interval
We improved entering scheduled maintenance intervals. It is now possible to enter any number of months instead of choosing only from predefined options. You will find the interval entry field on the device detail, just as before.
