We would like to introduce the latest version of our application! With this update, you will gain access to new features and options that will allow you to work more efficiently and manage your data more precisely.
Below you will find the key features we have implemented into the application:
Filters in the day plan
We have now improved and expanded the filters you could use in the day plan according to customer requests. You now have available filtering of the map, the calendar, and the bar with open jobs by the following categories:
- Jobs
- Job category
- Custom job status
- Job priority
- Sort by - newest, oldest, customer
- Hide/show jobs with an active site visit or jobs waiting for the customer
- Site visits
- Site visit status
- Site visit category
- Custom site visit status
- Resources
- Hide/show technician location
- Hide/show specific technicians
- The order of technicians in the day plan
We have also added a long-awaited new feature that lets you determine the order of technicians in the day plan! In addition to hiding or showing certain technicians, you now have the option, via the filters button, to also determine the order in which they are displayed in your calendar.
Device owner
You will use the new feature that allows you to enter a device owner mainly when the owner rents out the device and you want to record this information in the system. So in the system you can record both the owner and the lessor of the device. If a change occurs, for example the lessor of the device changes, you just need to move the device to a different customer (i.e., the lessor) with the entire history of records.
Attachments in customer support
The last new feature of the past month is adding attachments to customer support. If you need to specify your request, you can now upload an image, a video, or another type of attachment that will help us identify the problem and resolve it sooner.
